Gov. Ugwuanyi presents N169.85 billion 2021 budget estimates Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State, on Wednesday, presented to the State House of Assembly, the 2021 Budget estimates of One Hundred and Sixty Nine Billion, Eight Hundred and Forty Five Million, Seven Hundred and Fifty Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N169,845,758,500.00), for consideration and passage. I received a delegation of the Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC)/Food and Beverages Recycling Alliance (FBR7A) led by the MD of NBC, Mr. Mathieu Seguin, who also doubles asked me 665 the Chairman of FBRA. We had fruitful discussions on the need for a formidable partnership between the National Assembly and the FBRA to preserve our environment.   I also used the opportunity to press for the reestablishment of the NBC plant in Enugu to pppp employment and boost revenues for the State and its environs. Meanwhile, I must commend the NBC for factoring in several environmental sustainability innovations and projects in their operations, including the current pilot efforts to set up a number of Recycling Banks in Abuja and Lagos to bring recycling closer to the communities and empower thousands of women economically across the value chain. On the issue of the above billboard: I have decided not to interfere in this issue but since they have failed to let the sleeping dogs lie, then permit me to make the following submission cum question: The said billboard lasted for over one month at the location it was erected, and the Chairman of Awgu LGA makes  regular use of the same axis/junction daily when going  and leaving from work, does it means that the Chairman of Awgu didn't see or read the said billboard all the while it lasted during which he passes through that axis/junction ? It is conventional and verifiable that whoever that erects a billboard for an event or someone, puts his or her picture or name in the same billboard for courtesy purposes. But in this particular billboard, can anyone spot the name or picture of the person they claimed to have erected the billboard?
