A Promise Made is A Promise Kept: Engr. Jude Asogwa Chinedu-KSJI Delivers on Promise as He Kickstarts the Rehabilitation of Lejja-Aku Road.... The Chairman of Nsukka Local Government Area, Engr. Jude Chinedu Asogwa KSJI, has commenced a rehabilitation effort of the failed portion of Lejja-Aku road, particularly at Nsukka LGA section of the road. The ongoing intervention effort at the St. Raphael's Parish Lejja section, to restore the section of the road which was severely affected by erosion, and made the road nearly impassable, started a few days after the chairman visited the erosion site to ascertain the level of damage. When JA Media visited the site, it was observed that the project is currently at the landfilling stage, which will be followed by constructing new drainages at the affected part and re-asphalting of the washed away portion, and all these are expected to be completed within a few days.
