Today, we shine a light on one of the most notorious officer Inspector Dumiri badge number that we are still unable to get.  Inspector Dumiri has been terrorizing innocent citizens, extorting money, and brutalizing those who dare to resist. His actions have left a trail of victims, many of whom are too afraid to speak out. But we will not be silenced.
