APC Leader in Udenu LGA, Barr. Abah, Sympathizes with Flood Victims in Obollo Afor..

In a heartfelt show of compassion and leadership, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Leader in Udenu Local Government, Barr. Abah, has extended his condolences to residents of Obollo Afor who were recently affected by the devastating flood incident along Ukwu-Akpu Ozo Ji Road.

Barr. Abah described the incident as painful and avoidable, stressing that the safety and welfare of the people should always be a top priority. He empathized with families who lost property and livelihood to the flood, assuring them that they are not alone in their difficult moment.

While commending the resilience of the victims, the APC chieftain urged the Local Government authorities to take proactive measures to forestall a recurrence. According to him, regular drainage maintenance, improved road construction, and swift emergency response systems are necessary to safeguard communities from such disasters in the future.

He further called on stakeholders, community leaders, and well meaning individuals to rally support for those affected, emphasizing that collective responsibility is key in cushioning the impact of natural and man-made disasters.

Barr. Abah concluded by reaffirming his commitment to stand by the people of Udenu, not only in times of celebration but also in moments of grief and adversity.
