In a significant political development yesterday , over 200 individuals—including prominent leaders of the Labour Party in Udenu Local Government Area—officially decamped to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

This milestone is credited to the effective leadership and strategic political engagement of the Special Political Adviser to the Udenu Council Chairman, Hon. Maduka Hillary Abonyi. His consistent dedication to party growth and inclusivity has played a critical role in strengthening the base and expanding the influence of the PDP across the local government.
