A lawless society is where some persons by virtue of their positions or an associations  that they are privileged to  enjoy its membership  feel they can infringe on others fundamental,inalienable, rights and go scot-free.

Anarchy is encouraged to thrive in an atmosphere where the leader who is supposed to use his or her position to enforce the principles rule of law abdicate this responsibility.And when anarchy flourishes, the vulnerable members of the society are the worst victims.

Under the visionary, purposeful,result-oriented leadership  of Engr Jude Chinedu Asogwa,KSJI, in Nsukka , such ugly development is not just discouraged but nipped in the bud . The  prudent,city mayor is working assiduously to ensure that the council area is a place where the principles of the rule of law are actually applied in governance for the benefits of everyone.

His administration  is focused on giving its best in delivering democratic dividends to the doorsteps of the good people of Nsukka, thus abhors all forms of  intimidations cum sheer infringements on people's rights.

That's why everyone desirous of the progress of Nsukka should commend the city mayor on the good job he did in ensuring that the three Oriokpa masquerades seen in viral video footage assaulting  an innocent person  have been arrested by Police  Operatives  of Enugu Command attached to Nsukka Urban Division.

This is a commendable gesture and has helped in sending strong message that Engr Asogwa -led administration will not tolerate any form of infringements on fundamental rights of the people.One of the  goals  of the administration is to ensure that everyone is given a sense of belonging in governance and does not encourage victimisation cum assault from any persons or groups.

Nsukka under the visionary leadership of Engr Asogwa on a rebirth in socio-economic developments in the council area and has zero tolerance for acts capable of destabilising peace enjoy by the people of Nsukka .

God bless the city mayor in his resolve to change Nsukka better than he met it in terms of developmental strides and maintaining equality of all before the law.
