Ezugwu Is Running An All-inclusive, People Oriented Governance - Uzo Uwani Traditional Rulers Council Passes Vote of Confidence on Council Chairman 

The Uzo Uwani Traditional Rulers Council, has passed a vote of confidence on the Executive Chairman of Uzo Uwani Local Government Area of Enugu State, Barr. Chijioke Ezugwu, describing  his administration as "All-inclusive and People Oriented."

The Traditional Council which further described Barr. Ezugwu's leadership as "Providential and Prayer answered", also commended the council Chairman's commitment in combating insecurity headlong, especially as he leads most rescue operations from the Frontline.

This was contained in a communique signed by HRM, Fidelis Eze, Chairman, Uzo-Uwani Traditional Rulers Council For all traditional rulers of Uzo-Uwani LGA, while copying His Excellency, Dr. Peter Mba, Executive Governor, Enugu State, the Hon. Commissioner for Chieftaincy Affairs, Enugu State, the Chief of Staff to Government House, Enugu, Enugu State, ALGON Chairman, Enugu State, Civil Society groups and all well meaning Nigerians.

Describing Barr. Ezugwu as a "Field Marshall", the Royal fathers however, thanked Gov. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for entrusting Barr. Ezugwu with the leadership of the LGA. They also appreciated the governor for his unwavering support to the local council in ensuring a secure and  conducive environment for the people of the LGA. 

The Traditional Rulers Council highlighted other achievements of the council boss to include his massive Empowerment of sons and daughters of the LGA, provision of essential resources to the Neighbourhood Watch for effective operations, prioritization of the traditional rulers' welfare and increament of their welfare package by over 100%, among others. 

Excerpts from the communique reads: "The Uzo-Uwani Traditional Council, having conducted a thorough situational analysis, including a detailed review of the recent security dynamics within our local government, hereby unequivocally expresses its complete vote of confidence on the Executive Chairman of Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area, Hon. Barr. Chijioke Ezugwu.

"We extend our deepest gratitude to His Excellency, the Executive Governor, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for his instrumental support in the emergence of the Chairman and for his ongoing commitment to our council.

"The administration of Barr. Ezugwu has clearly prioritized the welfare of traditional institutions and rulers, recognizing their crucial role in grassroots governance. 

"When he took office, he increased the Uzo-Uwani Traditional Council's welfare package by over 100% and he has made sure the council is involved in all key governance decisions.

"Furthermore, we have observed a marked increase in the diligence and effectiveness of the Neighbourhood Watch and other security agencies under his leadership.

"Notably, criminal elements that previously roamed our lands, posing threats and engaging in kidnapping, are now scattered, and their local collaborators are in retreat. 

"Largely due to his unabated intensified efforts on security related issues, we with joy and glamour bestow and crown him a gallant military "Field Marshal", as he always leads by examples and swiftly leads the frontline war in rescue operations in every security breaches and threats", the communique read.
