A Promise Made is A Promise Kept: Engr. Jude Asogwa Chinedu-KSJI Delivers on Promise as He Kickstarts the Rehabilitation of Lejja-Aku Road....

The Chairman of Nsukka Local Government Area, Engr. Jude Chinedu Asogwa KSJI, has commenced a rehabilitation effort of the failed portion of Lejja-Aku road, particularly at Nsukka LGA section of the road. The ongoing intervention effort at the St. Raphael's Parish Lejja section, to restore the section of the road which was severely affected by erosion, and made the road nearly impassable, started a few days after the chairman visited the erosion site to ascertain the level of damage. When JA Media visited the site, it was observed that the project is currently at the landfilling stage, which will be followed by constructing new drainages at the affected part and re-asphalting of the washed away portion, and all these are expected to be completed within a few days.

Engr. Jude Chinedu Asogwa KSJI has launched several intervention efforts on road rehabilitation since the start of his government. Efforts like the rehabilitation of failed portions of Opi-Nsukka road, maintenance of University Road from Total roundabout through Nsukka borehole, UNN 1st gate, Fire Service Nsukka, UNN 2nd gate, Beach Junction, and terminating immediately after Beach Junction, including other related projects.
