From the Office of the Leader APC Udenu Local Government Barr. Emeka Abah. 

Commending Efforts and Encouraging Sustained Security Measures carried out by the Council Chairman Udenu LGA. 

I wish to commend the Executive Chairman of Udenu Local Government Area Hon. Aka Eze Aka for the recent procurement of motorcycles to aid in the fight against kidnapping and other criminal activities within the local government. This move is a timely and commendable step towards improving the mobility and effectiveness of our local security architecture, particularly in hard-to-reach rural communities.

The rising cases of kidnapping and insecurity have posed serious threats to the lives and livelihoods of our people, and it is heartening to see proactive steps being taken to address these challenges. The provision of motorcycles will undoubtedly boost the operational capacity of our security personnel and enhance response time in distress situations.

While we acknowledge this laudable initiative, I urge the Council Chairman to go a step further by equipping our local vigilante groups with the necessary tools and training to complement the efforts of conventional security agencies. These community-based security operatives play a crucial role in intelligence gathering and grassroots security, and empowering them will significantly strengthen our collective resolve against criminal elements.

Security is a shared responsibility, and I reaffirm my commitment, as an opposition leader in Udenu local government , to support any initiative that prioritizes the safety and well-being of our people, regardless of political affiliations.

Together, let us build a safer, stronger, and secure our local Government.
