2027: Uzo-uwani PDP Party Faithfuls Endorse Gov Peter Ndubuisi Mbah  Over Massive projects in the local Government

Today at the monthly meeting of the Peoples Democratic party of Uzo-uwani Local Government Area,His Excellency, Dr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah has received widespread acclaim from the party stalwarts who described him as Walking -the-talk Governor.

At the expanded Local Government Party Meeting held at Nkpologu, the home town of the council Chairman, Barr Chijioke Ezugwu, stakeholders and other party Faithfuls, described Mbah as a "game-changer" whose performances in office are making him more popular among the people.

Speaking at the meeting, the LG Party Chairman, Hon.Kingsley Tochukwu Ani, applauded Mbah's Smart Green Schools initiative, Type 11 hospitals, road infrastructure especially the dualisation of Ugwogo-Nike-Opi-Nsukka road among other projects. He commended the local Government Chairman, Barr Ezugwu, who according to him, is working like his father, the Governor. He appreciated the chairman for his efforts in fighting insecurity, saying that Ezugwu is indeed, a God sent to Uzo-uwani, asking everyone to keep supporting the Party and their Governor following the good jobs he is doing in the state. He noted that the Chairman was on inspection with the Commissioner of police who visited the local Government today.

Hon.Ani emphasized the importance of attendance to meetings, appreciating the Party Faithfuls for the turn out in today's meeting.

Speaking, the State PDP Secretary,Hon.Chukwudi Nnadozie extolled the Governor for his good works, urging party Faithfuls to remain united in supporting him. 

"We need to support our Governor in action and not in words.He is doing well for us". He thanked the Governor and the local Government Chairman for their efforts in fighting insecurity, saying that the Governor has assured he'll build Command and Control Centre for Nsukka zone.

Other party stalwarts including the Party Chairmen and councilors from Ogboli zone who spoke at the meeting praised the governor for providing peace and security in Enugu state, making it an attractive destination for investment, business, and tourism in Nigeria.They extolled the Chairman for working tirelessly in security, asking God to continue to give him strength to conquer our enemies.

Other speakers including Hon.Commissioner Of Agric, Hon.Patrick Ubru, fmr Chairman of Uzo-uwani LGA Hon.Richard Egwuma, Fmr Chairman of Uzo-uwani LGA, Hon.Dr.Cornell, Onwubuya,Hon.Nneka Okoro,Chief John Office,Hon.Christian Nwabueze, Hon.Njideka Okonkwo, Hon.Simon Nwabueze among others extolled the Governor for the numerous projects going on simultaneously across the 16 Wards in Uzo-uwani local government Area. They noted that the Governor deserves our support and we'll give him 100% support.

Also speaking, Monitors from the zone including Hon.Nwaeze , Ex-officio member and Hon.Hyginus Nwachukwu,Zonal youth Leader, commended the party members in Uzo-uwani for the turnout, noting that it is amazing. They urged party members to keep winning souls for the party, while appreciating the Chairman for his efforts so far in taking care of the party at the grassroot.

Also speaking, the deputy Chairman of Uzo-uwani LGA, Lady Mrs.Vera Ezeugwu thanked the party Faithfuls, saying that the large turn out in today's meeting underscored the party's unity and determination to support Governor Mbah's Administration.She asked for the support of everyone in the fight against insecurity in the zone and also thanked the observers from the zone,   assuring them of the local Government support in the party activities.

Highlight at the meeting include welcoming of Hon.Chimmuanya Ikeuwa, Hon.Supervisor for works who defected from the Labour party to PDP, Supports from Party Stakeholders including Hon.Chidiebere Oti, Hon.David Okoro, Hon.Patrick Ubru,among others.
