Police Brutality in Obollo Afor!! 

In a whatsapp platform named  Igbo North/ Udenu constituency a seasoned lawyer and business mogul who hails from the neighbouring community Amala have made his contribution and opinion regarding the death of Mr. Ugwu Nnemeka who was allegedly brutalised by some officers from Area Command Nsukka.

Barr. Emeka Eze applauded the youths of Obollo Afor and stated that More  practical steps needs to be taken to draw the attention of authorities to this bestial, barbaric and beastly act of some bad eggs in the police especially in Udenu and nsukka zone in general. 

He went further to make it clear that this impunity should not be allowed to be swept under the rug like it’s done in the past. 

According to Barr. Emeka Eze  he suggestedt that Obollo youths should gather in their numbers on Monday with placards of the murdered Nnaemeka and also that of the alleged murderer, with a strong worded petition to the IG and march to:

He went furthermore to make this guidelines 

1. Local govt secretariat where they will hand over the petition to the Council Chairman for onward transmission to the Commissioner of Police/IG. 

2. ⁠March also to Udenu area command with same petition and hand it over to the Area commander for transmission to higher authorities. 

3. ⁠Make a video of same with short speeches from their leaders and then begin to tag the IG, Nigeria police, Frank Mbah, police service commission and every other relevant bodies. Udenu media guys knows what to do. 

When this is done, action will be taken against the murderers and it will serve as a deterrent to other thieves in nsukka police.
