I am sincerely exhilarated to convey my most profound gratitude to Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah's unrelenting commitment to transforming our state's infrastructure. 

Your today's flag off of Ugwuogo Nike-Opi Nsukka road dualization project is a genuine evidence of your administration's dedication to enhancing the quality of life for our citizens and fostering economic growth and development.

This landmark project will not only 
decongest Enugu metropolis but will equally increase accessibility, reduce travel time, and boost economic opportunities. Your vision for a more connected and prosperous state is truly commendable, and l applaud your efforts in making this a reality as it was captured in your campaign promises.

The significant of this road dualisation cannot be over emphasized as it would link Nsukka and Enugu together with expanse of residential and commercial structures stretching the entire expressway between Enugu and Nsukka, making it possible for People to be able to live in Nsukka and work in Enugu. Most importantly the dualization is a form of security check as kidnappers rarely operate in a dual carriage expressway.

Your leadership has demonstrated a clear understanding of the importance of infrastructural development in driving progress and improving the well-being of our people. The impact of this project will be felt for generations to come, and I am grateful for your foresight and commitment to leaving a lasting legacy that will stand the test of time.
