From the attached documents you will discover that all necessary things were done and they never went contrary against the law..

So why the intimidation and bullying by the Executive Chairman of ECTDA

From our indication based on facts on ground It's obvious Barr. Uche Anya the Executive Chairman of ECTDA is on a personal mission against the business premises, it is totally unjust and unfair and which should be condemned by all lover's of Investment.

For the sake of posterity let it be known that the  affidavit signed was done under duress because he insisted that the only reason he can unseal the business  premises at first the sealed it.

All these are nothing but intimidations and harassment using his office as Executive Chairman ECTDA which is already bringing a dent on the Executive Governor of Enugu State .
