It is obvious that the newly appointed Executive Chairman of Enugu State Capital Development Authority (ECTDA) is on a personal mission yet to be known, this came to limelight as he continue to harass investors in the state. 

A case study of his continuous SEILING "BREATHE RESTAURANT & LOUNGE located at Independence Layout Enugu without not meaningful reason behind the action.

It was on record that on 2nd day of September, 2023, the Executive Chairman of ECTDA led his team to the BREATHE RESTAURANT & LOUNGE without no official notice ordered his men to seal the premises, this led to intervention of those involved and the place was unseal by ECTDA directive, then after about 2 weeks of this event, we learnt that the Chairman ECTDA earlier today (22/09/2023) sealed the 'BREATHE RESTAURANT & LOUNGE again for no reason.

The questions begging for an answer are:

Is the Executive Chairman ECTDA acting accordingly or is he on a personal mission?

Is the Executive Chairman ECTDA aware that such move by him is jeopardizing Governor Mbah's plan of attracting investors to Enugu, since those who invested are been harassed by officials of ECTDA led by Barr. Uche Anya?

What our people needs now is Investors and it won't be healthy if the management of ECTDA led by Barr. Uche Anya becomes an obstacle towards achieving this.

The BREATHE RESTAURANT & LOUNGE was officially open for business on 14th July, with an organized management and staff, it is important we remind the Executive Chairman ECTDA to discharge his duty without any atom of personal mission. 

We urge the appropriate authorities to intervene and call the Executive Chairman ECTDA to order, because there are a lot of complaints and petitions against the ECTDA led by Barr. Uche Anya conducts.
