Obukpa Community Youths pays Solidarity visit to HE Sen. Prof Ike Ekweremadu CFR ( IKEOHA'S residence @Mpu). 

It was a Moment of joy as the Former Deputy Senate President received the delegation of Obukpa Youths under the aegis of Obukpa Youths 4 Ikeoha 2023.

Your Excellency, "We are here to appreciate you for all your good works across Enugu State, we are here to thank you for making us proud". We are here to inform you of our unalloyed support anytime, anyday, we are 100% solidly behind you come 2022/2023.

On behalf of the teeming Obukpa Youths (home and abroad), our community leaders and stakeholders, we say, Thank you Sir, Ride on, God Almighty is with you. Obukpa Youths to HE Sen. Prof Ike Ekweremadu CFR 

"I must confess that this visit is uncommon, I appreciate you all for this unusual visit and the good people Obukpa Community, I'm thankful. I want to assure you people that I will not take this visit for granted. When you people get home, inform your people and my my people (Ndi Obukpa) that I ( Sen. Ike Ekweremadu) will drill a borehole for Ndi Obukpa. After the festive season, I will send team of geologist to inspect any site you people approve for the Borehole drilling to commence. IKEOHA Ndi-Igbo to Obukpa Youths delegation.

Enugu Community in crisis as Ministry of Local government Rural Development and chieftaincy Affairs issued certificates of Return/Recognition to Candidates without Elections. Nkpunato-Nkpologu Autonomous Community  in Uzo-uwani LGA is in crisis and in complete dilemma as the Ministry of Local government Rural Development and chieftaincy Affairs headed by Hon Deacon Okey Ogbodo arbitrarily recognized  Candidates without Elections.  News media agency confirmed this ugly incident on Monday through the outgoing President General, Chief Barr A.A Onyeji. He noted that their Town Union elections which was held on Dec 9th ,2023 did not produce winners owing to the crisis that occurred during vote counting in the post of president General.
