#Sen Ike Ekweremadu is the only Senator that has attracted projects to the three Senatorial zone in Enugu state. 

Below are ongoing/ executed projects attracted/executed by the Senator Ike Ekweremadu in Enugu East Senatorial Zone.

1.Nkanu East LGA:

~: Ongoing Nenwe Nomeh Nara Mburumbu spur to Obeagu Oduma Road.

~: Rehabilitation of the Road linking Amuri Community to Ogbaku Community.

2. Enugu East LGA:

~: Ogbeke Nike Road Rehabilitation Project. 800m completed with asphalt and side drains.

3.Isi Uzo LGA:

~: Ihenyi Ehamufu Community Road completed with asphalt and side drains.

~: Shallow Borehole and Overhead Tank for Ihenyi Community.

4. Enugu South LGA:

~: Construction of Street Roads near Republic Layout Enugu popularly called Ekweremadu layout. This was around  2009/2011.

~: Community Road in Amechi Awkunanaw now called Goddy Agbo Street.

~: Ongoing Rehabilitation of old Enugu Portharcourt Road up to Abia Boarder.

5. Nkanu West LGA:

~: Funding of the ongoing Ozalla Agbani Amagunze Ihuokpara Road.

6. Enugu North LGA:

Youth Centre Ngwo Project where the National Centre for Training and Development is located now.

Uncountable Nkanu indigenes has benefited from the Ikeoha Foundation scholarship scheme.

The only crime of Sen Ike Ekweremadu is Competency.

UDENU ADC SUSPENDS ITS  LOCAL GOVERNMENT PARTY CHAIRMAN, PASSES VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE. The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Udenu Local Government Area of Enugu State has suspended its Local Government Party Chairman, Hon. Ngwu Chisimdi, popularly known as Bamaiyi, following far-reaching resolutions adopted at an Executive Committee meeting held on Wednesday, January 15, 2026. The high-level meeting, which took place at Emirates Garden, Obollo-Afor, brought together key members of the ADC Udenu Local Government Executive.
