#Stakeholders, Religious leaders, Business moguls, Youth, Ndi Nne na Nna under the aegis of Nkanu Ezuo Movement ( Comprises Enugu East, Enugu South, Enugu North, Isi-Uzo, Nkanu East and Nkanu West LGAs) paid a Courtesy/Solidarity visit to the Former Deputy Senate President HE Sen. Prof Ike Ekweremmadu CFR @his Enugu Residence. 

"Your Excellency, we are here to say Thank you for all the good work you have done and still doing in Nkanu land, we are here to Thank you for empowering our sons and daughters, we are here to say Thank for your selfless service to humanity and quality representation not only for Enugu West but entire Enugu State and Igbo land".

"Thank you Sir for all the Road Projects you attracted/executed in Nkanu land, we are here to remind you again that we are with you Sir, you are a true leader who care for everyone, you don't discriminate, you accommodate everyone".

Your Excellency, you are our own, all through your life ( till now ) you have lived in Nkanu land, you have contributed immensely to the development of Nkanuland, your undying love for Ndi Nkanu is unquestionable, we are proud of you Sir. Come 2022/2023, Enugu State is in dire need of your capacity and experience, we are solidly behind you Sir. Enugu Community in crisis as Ministry of Local government Rural Development and chieftaincy Affairs issued certificates of Return/Recognition to Candidates without Elections. Nkpunato-Nkpologu Autonomous Community  in Uzo-uwani LGA is in crisis and in complete dilemma as the Ministry of Local government Rural Development and chieftaincy Affairs headed by Hon Deacon Okey Ogbodo arbitrarily recognized  Candidates without Elections.  News media agency confirmed this ugly incident on Monday through the outgoing President General, Chief Barr A.A Onyeji. He noted that their Town Union elections which was held on Dec 9th ,2023 did not produce winners owing to the crisis that occurred during vote counting in the post of president General.
