You can call him Mr Project, a team player, a God-fearing leader, a man of uncommon resilience & legendary humility, jinx breaker, pacesetter, bridge builder, an accomplished parliamentarian and erudite scholar.

Born on May 12, 1962 in Amachala Mpu, Aninri LGA of Enugu State.

He holds both Bachelors and master's degree in Law from the University of Nigeria Nsukka.

He also holds Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Law from the University of Abuja etc.

Ikeoha Global has undergone executive strategic leadership trainings at the Harvard University and Oxford University.

He has authored several books and has delivered over 26 public lectures, mainly on good governance, constitution making, peace and the principles of federalism at both local and international fora such as the Osgood Hall Law School, York University, Ontario, Canada; Johns Hopkins University, Washington DC, USA; Parliament of the United Kingdom; University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Federal University of Technology, Minna; University of Ibadan; Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka as well as several International Parliaments, Commonwealth and ECOWAS fora.

It is no secret that this great achiever has soared higher on the wings of his uncommon brilliance and acumen to become the Deputy Senate President of Nigeria, Deputy Speaker ECOWAS Parliament, Speaker ECOWAS Parliament, Leader South East Senate Caucus and Africa Chief Coordinator International Parliamentary Congress ( IPC ) etc.

A selfless leader, humble and brilliant politician with unparalleled love for fellow human beings.

No doubt, HE Distinguished Sen Prof. Ike Ekweremadu is a bearer of the anointing of God’s grace, a servant leader whose humility, good works, selfless and patriotic politicking cum annointing of grace have continued to announce his presence.


At this juncture may I inform you that the former Deputy Senate President ( 6th/7th/ 8th Assembly ) will be speaking at the NBA-SPIDEL ANNUAL CONFERENCE IBADAN 2021( 24th May ).

Enugu Community in crisis as Ministry of Local government Rural Development and chieftaincy Affairs issued certificates of Return/Recognition to Candidates without Elections. Nkpunato-Nkpologu Autonomous Community  in Uzo-uwani LGA is in crisis and in complete dilemma as the Ministry of Local government Rural Development and chieftaincy Affairs headed by Hon Deacon Okey Ogbodo arbitrarily recognized  Candidates without Elections.  News media agency confirmed this ugly incident on Monday through the outgoing President General, Chief Barr A.A Onyeji. He noted that their Town Union elections which was held on Dec 9th ,2023 did not produce winners owing to the crisis that occurred during vote counting in the post of president General.
