ENUGU STATE 2023, THE CHOICE OF SEN EKWEREMMADU, A DIVINE MANDATE TO SERVE.......

Leadership is one of the institutions through which a society is built, and to build a better society through it, an experienced committed competent, and the trustworthy person must be on the throne.
In Enugu state, as we gradually approach the electioneering year, the massive citizens have chosen the candidate to govern them in the person of Sen Ike Ekweremmadu.
This early choice and decision of having Sen Ekweremmadu as the governor come 2023, is not far from his party royalty, competent, good work, global recognition, Untribalise Nature, Gov Ugwuanyi endorsement, and so on.
Talking about the *party royalty*, Sen Ike Ekweremmadu is a strong PDP member who has remained to live with the party ideology, perfectly delivering to his party assigned work and being a faithful party man.
In leadership, faithfulness builds confidence. Sen Ike Ekweremmadu remains the stronghold of the PDP in Enugu when the two former party governors betrayed themselves and likewise the party that made them by leaving to another party, Sen Ike Ekweremmadu is unshakable.
This attitude of party royalty is what made our great party members to queue behind him knowing that he won't betray the party like some has done.
Talking about *COMPETENT* Sen Ekweremmadu knows his onion well in terms of leadership hence, his colleagues in the red chamber calling him the intellectual bank of the Nigerian Senate.
His versatile leadership knowledge is what makes him be a source for International Organizations and foreign countries consult.
This leadership experience and transformation is what his state people need him to come and demonstrate in the full capacity for the more betterment of our state come 2023.
Sen Ekweremmadu has marvelously done/doing *good works* in his assigned duty as a legislator, infrastructural development, and otherwise.
The every town of Senator Ekweremmadu's constituency has two or more projects benefit from him.
His bursary awards have produced hundreds of university graduates.
His annual widow Christmas gifts have seen over 500 widows celebrate each year yuletide in happiness.
No Senator can stand him in terms of performance. No wonder Hon Chima Obieze called him the best Senator in Africa.
These caring attributes and nice performance is what the whole state want to enjoy from him.
Nevertheless, Senator Ekweremmadu is a *global figure*.
His meetings with the foreign investors and great firm show that he has what it takes to bring foreign investors to Enugu and develop it to the global standard that he has seen in his consultation journey outside the country.
His leadership mantra of enye ndi ebe a, enye ndi ebe a, and given beyond his constituency, which made him to be called Akidi ama oke ani, clearly defines his *untribalized nature* and that gives every Enugu person/community, a sense of belonging in his administration hence, their calling for him to come and serve them come *2023*.
Finally but not least, is the *Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi's promise in April 2016, at Isu-Awaa* , during the burial ceremony of Pa, Chineyeze, the father of Sir Chris Ibe, Baywood, where he said that he will hand over power to the Awgu zone come 2023, following the four-state historical zones - *Nkanu, Udi, Nsukka and Awgu,* and not Senatorial zone, *East, West and North*, that the PDP seems to follow in giving their state governorship tickets.
The Awgu zone is Sen Ekweremmadu state cultural zone, and their people have endorsed him to ride on.
As we approach the electioneering year, let no man temper with this divine mandate of having Sen Ekweremmadu as the governor come 2023, for a better Enugu State of our dream.
