Finally after much heated protest carried out by a patriotic Udenu Born Human right Advocate Engr.Udochukwu Kingsley and other Law-abiding Citizens of Nsukka regarding this Notorious Police Officer.
We here in Enugu Journalist Report Crew decided to wave into action to ascertain more about this bad egg in the Nigerian Police force (Udenu Division) whose frivolous activities, brutality and extortion towards innocent people should be put to an end .
After our much engagement and enquiry we gathered that this Notorious Police officer who was transferred from Nsukka Area commander because of his evil act was later transfered to Area Command Orba in Udenu Local Government Evidently have continued his evil act and brutality in Orba Area Command.
From our investigation and facts findings his full name is #Uwai Dumbili from Delta state and we equally gathered from an Insider whose identity we don't want to reveal made us to understand that this Evil Police Officer is the richest Police Inspector in Nigeria with facts and evidence due to his flits of Cars both private and commercial.
Equally Built a House in Nsukka and acquired and also so many lands around Nsukka and it's environ.
We were equally told that he recruited so many Nsukka youths for false Police Informants for his Police gang and has engaged in series of blackmail and set up in a bid to make more money from his Innocent Victims.
We were meant to understand that he started Police Work from Nsukka and has never been on transfer outsider Nsukka Senatorial zone .
He made us to also know that it was this same Uwai Dumbili that initiated #100 naira extortion from Okada riders within Nsukka Local Government and it's environ.
We equally gathered that his operation in obollo Afor and it's environment is to recruit civilians who act as cannabis sellers together with another police officer Nick named Babylon, they will be smoking as if they are the seller,once they sell to you they will arrest you and give you the opportunity to make calls, if anyone comes with 10k then they release you.In one of their raiding in Obollo Afor market their operation was busted with area commander getting to know about it but uptill now nothing was done about that .
Lastly were told that So many families will stand to testify on all his atrocities in Nsukka local government and Udenu .
And we must say that his ordeal is hazardous to humanity and we want to use this medium to call on the attention of the #Enugu state Commissioner of Police and the Executive other Governor of Enugu state #Hon.Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi to Swing into action and persecute this man Immediately .

He is a criminal, together with his former criminal ring; Babylon, Babatti and Late Oche (this one is humane buh he says nothing about the evil perpetrated by his ring leader). They have terrorized cyclists and youths more than Armed robbers. They engage in many illegal arrests, they will bundle you in their car and drive to a lonely place and order you to settle or they take you to the station. If you don't bring enough money, they will take you to their station and level many false allegations against you. They are evil!!!
