I don’t know any other way to describe this and I think I have chosen the right term to qualify the refusal of Enugu state gov to conduct Election for LG chairmen and councillors in the state. This is the highest act of despotism and autocracy.  It is a shame that in the world of today, other people are improving and demanding leadership while Nigerians are tightening the cord of slavery and allowing our leaders to degenerate into monsters of totalitarianism. 

The refusal of the Gov of Enugu state to conduct LG elections, but rather prefers to disenfranchise the whole state and unilaterally impose his stooges raises serious questions about his readiness to adhere to the tenets of democracy. It is a crime against democracy for this type action to be posited by anyone and an abomination for it to come from a man enjoying the full rights and privileges that comes with democracy. 

I know many of our people have been intimidated into submission to the wills of these emperors like Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, but the man is just not up to it. He has failed himself and now he is failing democracy-the very branch on which he is standing.
