Rt. Hon. Barr. Sunday Cyriacus Umeha commissierates with victims of Ugwu Onyeama Tanker Explosion in Enugu State.  I received with sadness the news of a tanker explosion that rocked the popular Ugwu Onyeama axis, in Udi Local Government Area of Enugu State, leading to the loss of 15 lives and several others injured.  This incident is really worrying as the Nation was just recovering from a similar occurrence in Jigawa and Niger States in the last two months.  The recurrent episodes of tanker explosion along our high ways raise serious questions around the quality of our road infrastructure; respect for road traffic rules and regulations; and commitment of road users to ensuring the roadworthiness of their vehicles.
