PRESS RELEASE BY ENUGU STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY SPECIAL COMMITTEE ON LAND DISPUTES AND RESOLUTION: Good day, residents of Enugu State. This is an important announcement from the Enugu State House of Assembly Special Committee on Land Dispute. 1. The committee calls on all parties involved in the land dispute between Obenagu Awkunanaw, Ugwuaji Awkunanaw, Ugwu Afor Akpugo, and Umuedenwaoko Akpugo in Lakeside layout Phase 1 & 2 to cease all developments and ongoing work on the disputed land immediately. 2. It is imperative for all parties to work towards a peaceful and amicable resolution. Henceforth, engaging in any activity on the disputed land is considered an invitation for violence and war. 3.
