Who is Owelle Ejikeme Odumegwu ? A man who got endorsements from The Leadership of the State, all spheres, nukes and crannies of Ozzi Kingdom. Firstly, he went to commune with his maker, while others were busy subjecting delegates to oath taking after giving them peanuts...
